My name is Burhan Mponda, an Insurer by profession, proudly trained at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Main Campus – Dar es Salaam. Beyond my professional career, I have always had a passion for blogging, a journey I started more than 10 years ago as a hobby. Over time, I came to realize how difficult it was for many young people to access reliable and timely information about opportunities—whether jobs, scholarships, or programs that could transform their lives. This scarcity inspired me to establish Ajiraforums, a publishing platform created to connect youth with opportunities. At Ajiraforums, we live by the slogan: "Go no where, come to us for the opportunities." Through this platform, my vision is to empower and uplift young people by making opportunities more accessible, bridging the gap between ambition and achievement.
