As a participant in the Early Careers Programme, you will have the opportunity to work within specific functional areas, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to impactful projects. Throughout the programme, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals and develop a diverse skill set that can accelerate your career.

Benefits of World Economic Forum Early Careers Program 2026

  • Full-time onsite employment contract of 6 months at a World Economic Forum office in Geneva, Mumbai, Beijing, and Tokyo.
  • Monthly Gross Compensation of:
    • CHF 4500 (Salary and Medical allowance) for Switzerland
    • INR 91600 (salary) for India
    • CNY 12500 (salary) for China
    • JPY 333’333 (Salary) for Japan
  • Work Authorization Support: For Geneva-based roles only.
